This is one of my favourite place to go get my haircut. Paul is my barber. He also is my son‘s barber. I don’t live in Ajax, anymore so I rarely see Paul, but I know his service and haircuts are top-notch. He’s very experienced and love what he’s doing.

I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Paul was our barber yesterday and he was amazing, I’ve been hunting for a great barber that actually know to cut and give a good line up for my 4 year old! Paul was amazing! He will definitely be our permanent barber, he listened to what I wanted done to my son’s hair and did the did 💯 that. Thumbs up!

I've gone to A Kut Above for myself many times, Pre-Covid Era (North Ajax & Scarborough)... First time taking my kids to Aresnio & Honestly I think we've officially found our Barber for the boys! Everything about it was absolutely on point! Clean, Timing/Appt. Times as scheduled. The fades were fresh and my boys were happy. We will be returning to Aresnio from here on out. No doubt about it!

Both Manny and Dwayne have been really good and patient with my 6 year old son who is a bit tickalish and squeamish in the barber chair. They chatted him up and kept it light. The haircuts have been really nice and he has a major cowlick that they were able to work around. The price for a cut at $20 is reasonable and the shop is not overly busy, so you can walk in most days or book an appointment quite easily.

Being a Chinese guy, kind of stood out here but the gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and said there was a short wait. Of course I was surprised and I am sure they were too when I walked in. In the end, my stylist was professional, thorough and did a great cut! Customer service was excellent and highly recommended.
